Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 2:30 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:30:00 PM IST will be dispatched on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Preorder items: If a style is marked as Preorder, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges: Standard shipping is FREE across India on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders up to ₹10,000, with a flat COD handling fee of ₹99 per order.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

4. "Shows Delivered but Not Received"

We take every delivery concern seriously. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery update.
As per standard courier policies in India, no complaint can be raised after 72 hours of a marked delivery.
EverMore will not be liable for claims raised beyond this window.

Please reach out to us immediately so we can take it up with our courier partner on your behalf.

5. Delays & Exceptions

We aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, but occasional delays can happen due to:

Refund & return

Return & Exchange Policy

At EverMore, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.
Returns & exchanges are not available on intimate wear (lingerie & swimwear).
Products that do not pass our Quality Check (QC) will be sent back to you.

How It Works

Approved requests are processed as a refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A ₹150 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Raise a Request

Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package — this is mandatory for all requests and serves as verification.

The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Reason for return/exchange
Your unboxing video attached or shared via a link

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, pickup is arranged within 1–3 working days.
Refund is processed 2–3 working days after pickup (minus ₹150 reverse pickup fee).

Important: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request. Please ensure the video is recorded in one continuous shot from opening the package to revealing its contents.

Important Points

If your request is rejected at QC, we'll reach out via email with clarification.
Product colours may slightly vary due to studio lighting — this is not considered a defect.
If your order shows "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, notify us within 72 hours. No claims can be raised beyond this window.
