At EverMore, we believe your outfit should arrive just as effortlessly as you wear it — fast, safe, and with zero stress. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 2:30 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:30:00 PM IST will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Preorder items: If a style is marked as Preorder, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges: Standard shipping is FREE across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders up to ₹10,000, with a flat COD handling fee of ₹99 per order.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

3. Our Courier Partners

We ship through India's most reliable logistics networks to ensure your EverMore pieces reach you safely:

  • Delhivery

  • Shadowfax

  • DTDC

  • Blue Dart

  • Xpressbees

Every shipment is fully trackable from our warehouse to your doorstep.

4. "Shows Delivered but Not Received"

We take every delivery concern seriously. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery update.

  • As per standard courier policies in India, no complaint can be raised after 72 hours of a marked delivery.

  • EverMore will not be liable for claims raised beyond this window.

Please reach out to us immediately so we can take it up with our courier partner on your behalf.

5. Delays & Exceptions

We aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, but occasional delays can happen due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays or regional disruptions

  • High-demand sale periods

  • Courier network issues
