  • Product colours may slightly vary from what is displayed on screen due to studio lighting and device display settings. This is not considered a defect.

6. Payments & Orders

  • Payments must be made through the authorized payment methods available on the Website at the time of checkout.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, payment failures, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders as per our Shipping Policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

  • The Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to You upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • All return and exchange requests are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • The Company reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with the stated policy conditions, including the mandatory unboxing video requirement.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the exclusive property of EverMore and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this Website is strictly prohibited.

  • Our total liability in any matter related to the Website or services shall be limited to the amount paid by You for the relevant order.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, India.

EverMore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute Your acceptance of the revised terms.
