At EverMore, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.

Returns & exchanges are not available on intimate wear (lingerie & swimwear).

Products that do not pass our Quality Check (QC) will be sent back to you.
How It Works

Approved requests are processed as a refund to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-
A ₹150 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Raise a Request

Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package — this is mandatory for all requests and serves as verification.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, pickup is arranged within 1–3 working days.

Refund is processed 2–3 working days after pickup (minus ₹150 reverse pickup fee).
Important: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request. Please ensure the video is recorded in one continuous shot from opening the package to revealing its contents.

If your request is rejected at QC, we'll reach out via email with clarification.

Product colours may slightly vary due to studio lighting — this is not considered a defect.

If your order shows "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, notify us within 72 hours. No claims can be raised beyond this window.
